I’m sorry for your grief. From personal experience I know that grief is a process that never ends. It just changes overtime and tends to come in waves. I’m sure milestones like today provide occasion to experience it more intensely than other days. But I also hope that on his birthday today it provides occasion for you to reflect on all of the memories that you hold dear and will be able to cherish forever.
